1. Introduction:  These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and utilization of SimBuddy (“we”, “our”, “us”), including all comparison tools, content, features, and services offered through the website. 

By accessing or utilizing SimBuddy, users agree to be bound by these Terms. Parties who do not agree to these Terms must refrain from using the platform. 

2. About SimBuddy:  SimBuddy operates as an independent platform providing comparison services designed to assist users in evaluating SIM and eSIM offerings. SimBuddy does not directly supply telecommunications services.

All products displayed on the website are provided exclusively by third-party suppliers.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the accuracy of all information, no representation or warranty, express or implied, is made regarding the completeness, availability, or suitability of any displayed content for specific user requirements.

3. Use of the Platform:  You agree to use SimBuddy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. 

You are strictly prohibited from performing any of the following actions:

  • Developing derivative works derived from SimBuddy

  • Employing SimBuddy to facilitate or encourage unlawful or harmful activities

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The contents, source code, design systems, templates, comparison logic, data ingestion pipelines, administrative tools, and all associated materials available on SimBuddy are safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and other relevant intellectual property legislation.

By accessing or using the platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Trademark Ownership: SimBuddy™ is a registered trademark belonging to Joseph Kanak.

  • Proprietary Architecture: All underlying platform code, structural frameworks, and system architecture remain strictly proprietary.

  • No Rights Transfer: Your usage of the platform grants you no ownership rights, title, or interest in any platform materials or intellectual property.

  • Prohibition on Replication: You are prohibited from copying, duplicating, reproducing, or replicating the design, framework, layout, or core logic of SimBuddy.

5. Affiliate Relationships:  SimBuddy may feature affiliate links pointing to third-party providers. When you select a link or complete a purchase:The third-party provider may track your visit.
